There are so many reasons to be excited about Kelly & Nick’s Larkin’s on the River wedding! I remember the first time chatting with Kelly about their wedding. We were actually headed their way to Atlanta where they live to see Adele and Kelly was actually headed for a run around our home in Greenville! We were so disappointed it wasn’t going to work out to meet up but I remember getting off the phone and telling Kevin how sweet Kelly was and I just felt an instant connection and fit for their special day.

Kelly and Nick’s wedding took place at Larkin’s on the River in downtown Greenville, SC. Although they live in Atlanta they chose this location to make travel a bit easier for family … especially Nick’s Grandmother who was able to be there for the celebration. You could tell from the very beginning how important it was to have their day surrounded by those they loved. Kelly and Nick exchanged their vows amongst their closest friends and family in an intimate ceremony that took place in Larkin’s Courtyard. And when I say surrounded by their friends and family … they were surround by so much love and support. These two had the biggest bridal party we have ever photographed!!! Kelly had 11 gorgeous ladies by her side and Nick had 9 groomsmen! It was so much fun!!

Even with the August heat in South Carolina I don’t think we could have had a better summer day to celebrate their wedding! There were so many favorite moments during their wedding day but some of my favorites had to be their First Look, first dance and exit. I loved the moment during Kelly and Nick’s first look when they turned around asked if they were allowed to kiss LOL! And during their Bride and Groom portraits Kelly and Nick mentioned they had taken a dance lesson in preparation for their first dance. Literally one lesson they said! These two are so good because it turned out awesome and even ended with a dip! And the only way to end such a perfect evening was with a sparkler exit lining the Larkin’s courtyard!!! I would say the evening was a success!

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Hayes! You both looked stunning and your wedding was just perfect! We wish you lots of love and happiness for years and years to come and hope you ENJOY these favorites of ours from your wedding day!
