From the very moment I listened to Rebecca describe her vision for their wedding day I have been counting down the days until I would get to see it all in person and capture all of the gorgeousness! Rebecca and Josh’s Buck Ridge Plantation wedding did not disappoint! And I can’t think of a better day to celebrate with a black, green and gold theme wedding than St. Patrick’s Day itself!
Rebecca and Josh’s Buck Ridge Plantation wedding took place at Edisto Manor, a Southern Antebellum style plantation house on the property and their ceremony was just a short walk from the house in one of the properties beautiful gardens. Surrounded by mossy trees, gas lit lanterns, large porches lined with rocking chairs and a beautiful lake off in the distance, this wedding was filled with Southern charm and my heart (and camera) LOVED it!!
I have so many favorite moments from Rebecca and Josh’s special day but one of my favorites has to be Rebecca’s father marrying them during their intimate garden ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. This was such a special touch! Another favorite of mine was Rebecca and Josh’s choreographed first dance … seriously these two were amazing!! They thought of just about every detail to throw one incredible wedding! A s’mores bar, fire pit, air plant favors and a rosemary exit are just a few of the creative touches Rebecca and Josh shared with their guests!
Rebecca and Josh, CONGRATULATIONS newlyweds! We loved getting to know you and hope you are having the best time on your honeymoon! Enjoy some of our favorites from your wedding day while you lounge on the beach!!
