A Desert Botanical Garden Engagement | Clemson, South Carolina.

I think I should first start off by saying this desert botanical garden engagement took place in Upstate South Carolina … yep the South Carolina Botanical Garden, not Arizona! I can’t get over how this little piece of desert paradise is just a short hour drive from our home, CRAZY!!! If anyone knows me well then you know I am obsessed with all things cactus so this session was the icing on the cake for me!

As soon as we met Eliza and Andy we knew this was going to be an easy shoot. Their personalities, smiles and laughter make it easy to instantly fall in love with these two! I’m pretty sure we laughed our way through the garden between the occasional backing up into a cactus, the search for what I still think is some sort of tail-less desert rat (super cute though) and my embarrassing excitement over seeing a bunny in the gardens! I can’t wait until their wedding next year to meet all of their family and friends and celebrate alongside them as we capture their special day!
