We met this beautiful couple in 2017 when we met up in for their sunrise engagement shoot in Greenville, South Carolina’s beautiful Falls Park. And then again for their gorgeous downtown Greenville wedding in February of 2018. So I am so excited to share our most recent session with Stephanie and Mike to share the next amazing chapter in their life … these two are going to be first time parents!!!

As a mama myself I remember that third trimester and that just ready to have this baby feeling. I remember being unsure when it came to maternity photos. I was 100% on board when I booked my session but as the session got closer and I got bigger and more and more tired it was sounding like a lot less fun! But I remember thinking what the heck I have already planned it so here we go … and I’m so glad I made that decision and so glad mama’s like Stephanie choose to trust us with these memories. Those maternity photos that I was not so sure about are now hanging in our daughter’s nursery and bring a smile to my face every time I look at them. Seeing those photos always remind me of the joy I felt and the feeling of excitement I had for that little life that was growing inside me.

So if you are ever unsure if maternity photos are worth it … the answer is always YES!
