I couldn’t think of a more perfect start to the first day of summer than Claire and Buck’s gorgeous wedding at the L in downtown Greenville! The warm weather, blue skies, bright pinks and beautiful flowers all surrounded by so much joy and love is exactly what summer should be like every day! And wait until you see the bow on the back of Claire’s dress, it’s exactly what southern wedding dreams are made of!

And speaking of dreams, Claire and Buck were a dream to work with. These two felt like old friends from the moment we met them at their engagement shoot. We spent so much time laughing and smiling that I just knew their wedding day was going to be full of joy! And it really was!! Not to mention Claire and Buck had one of the biggest wedding parties we have ever seen, talk about being surrounded by love! These two had so much love and support!

Their day was filled with so many amazing moments but some of my favorites are their first look and sunset photos. Back when Claire and I were planning their portraits for their wedding day she mentioned getting ready and capturing photos at her family home and well long story short we visited and fell in love with the idea! Not only did their home have the most beautiful light and property but it also gave Claire comfort on her wedding day being at home. It was the perfect location for Claire and Buck to share their first look and exchange gifts and then join up with their bridal party for some group shots! My other favorite moment was when Claire and Buck slipped out of their reception with us to capture a few sunset photos in downtown Greenville. I mean it doesn’t get much better than middle of the street sunset photos!!
