One of the things I love about Upstate South Carolina is the changing seasons. It really helps me appreciate each and every season and just what makes each one special. And after the cold short days of winter that beautiful Spring light just makes me so happy. I have so much fun photographing season to season and how it makes your sessions truly unique because of how much nature changes. Even the light and sunset is different every day and it’s just so much fun to document it in your story.

For this session in particular we wanted to plan it around the beautiful spring blooms and then the blooms were early this year and we thought we missed them. But as I was scouting out our location I just happened to find two trees left that still had blooms. And this spot couldn’t have been more perfect!

I’m so happy this sweet family let me work with their vision to create these memories to look back on and even more thankful that I got to document their growing family!
