A Sleepy Hollow Clemson Wedding | Clemson, South Carolina

I can’t believe as I write this that it has already been one week since Kaylene and Steven’s Sleepy Hollow Clemson, SC wedding! It feels like just yesterday when Kaylene reached out to us to capture their wedding and we started planning their engagement session! Now these two are married and celebrating their honeymoon on the beach!

Kaylene and Steven have been such a joy to get to know and work with. I am sure anyone who knows these two well knows how kind they are and just how much fun they are capable of having! As soon as I met Steven’s sweet Mom I knew exactly were his great sense of humor came from! It’s always a special treat when we get to meet our couple’s family and friends!

We really couldn’t have asked for a better day. Was it hot, of course … I wouldn’t expect anything different in South Carolina! But the sun was shinning and the shade made for a beautiful outdoor ceremony in front of the Sleepy Hollow barn.

And speaking of ceremony, Kaylene and Steven wrote their own vows. Cue the tears! This was my favorite moment of their wedding day. After Steven made it through his vows they even shared a sweet moment of laughter when they gave each other a high five. My other favorite moment from their wedding was a close second and this was their first look. Seeing Steven’s reaction as he saw Kaylene for the first time just reminds me why I love first looks! The privacy first looks give couples together before all the guests arrive make for the sweetest moments!
