I often get the question about the best time to document newborn photos after your baby is born and especially after all the changes that needed to be made in 2020. And while the first two weeks after birth are always the best for the curled up sleepy newborn poses, for an in home lifestyle newborn session it’s never too late. It’s never too late to document your newborn, infant, baby, toddler or child in their home with the parents that love them so. Even if you missed out on the baby photos and wished you would have planned ahead and made time for them just choose to start now. You won’t regret it and your children will love looking back at the people that mean so much to them and the home they grew up in.

Sweet Winnie Kate is the perfect example. Her newborn session did not work out as planned so she was 11 weeks old for this session. Not only did we catch the sleepy moments while she was snuggled up in mommy and daddy’s arms but we also were able to document her beautiful eyes and personality.
