As a mom myself that first year is such a precious time and boy does it go by quick. And my experience with it is why my whole heart in my business is helping families freeze as many memories as possible from that first year and throughout life as their babies grow. If you are wondering which milestones you should document that first year these are the ones I recommend!  Start with a maternity session, Fresh 48 hospital session, studio or in-home newborn session once your baby is a little older, 6-8 month sitter session and first birthday! Fresh 48 hospital sessions have really become a favorite of mine. It honestly feels magical being a part of documenting these first memories for your family. I get to freeze the moments while your still soaking up the newness of your little one and memorizing their face and all the details and features you have been dreaming about.
